The Citrus House is a two story semi-detached Villa.

The house has been designed to make the most of the sea and mountain views from every room. (see photos)

Up a short track, accessed ofthe main West Coastal road – An allocated car parking space at the side of Villa.

First Floor

Spacious open plan sitting room with sliding doors out to the veranda, dining room, kitchen, WC and marble spiral staircase (enclosed), which leads to the ground floor.

Ground Floor

Three double bedrooms and a bathroom/WC, access to the garden, two semi covered areas with outdoor dining furniture.

Garden

A large plunge pool (professionally cleaned & maintained), two sun loungers, BBQ, Hammock, outdoor dining furniture, children’s beach / garden toys, children’s garden chairs.

Villa Details

Air conditioning, all linen and towels are provided (including beach towels), baby/toddlers maclaren pushchair and parasol, travel cot (available at no extra cost), children’s books, puzzles & toys. Two children’s scooters, hairdryer, wide range of books and board games. A CD music player with Cd’s.  Beach parasol, beach mats and a children’s beach tent. Washing machine, washing line, pegs, iron and ironing board.

Kitchen / Dining

4 ring hob, oven, microwave, babies microwavable steriliser, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer. Seating for 6 people, child’s dining booster seat.

Entertainment

Local guide books & maps, games, reading books, CD player with Cd’s & a variety of children’s toys.

NOTES:

Due to the layout of the property and the spiral staircase ‘The Citrus House’ MAY be UNSUITABLE for persons in wheelchairs or with mobility problems.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the villa.
