The Citrus House is a two story semi-detached Villa.
The villa has been designed to make the most of the sea and mountain views from every room.
A Self catering, family holiday villa. Part of a small five property development in a peaceful Greek village. Accessed up a short track, from the main west coastal road.
Inside the villa
Spacious,bright and airy the open plan sitting room,kitchen and dining leads out to the balcony that overlooks the garden. With comfortable dining furniture and a sail offering shade from the Greek sun, here you can enjoy your breakfast al fresco whilst taking in the sea and mountain views. The front of the villa boasts a large veranda with more furniture, where you can wait for the local baker man delivering you his freshly baked bread, pies and cakes.
The enclosed marble spiral staircase leads to the ground floor.
Our three large double bedrooms have been kept minimal yet functional giving a feel of a warm welcome yet cool, bright and airy. There's large built in storage space, air conditioning units, and colourful scatter cushions and rugs. The large bathroom has a bath with a hand- held shower, WC, basin and washing machine.
Access to the garden is via sliding doors leading out from the two double bedrooms.
Garden
The garden is private and well kept with an array of stunning geraniums, palms and fruit trees. A large plunge pool (professionally cleaned & maintained), sun loungers, BBQ and outdoor dining furniture under the two semi covered areas offering shade from the midday sun
Whats included?
Included in your rental price is air conditioning, all linen and towels (including beach towels). Also for your use there's a hairdryer, baby/toddlers pushchair and parasol (on request), travel cot (on request), children’s books, puzzles & toys. A wide range of novels and board games and a bluetooth speaker. Beach mats and a children’s beach tent. Washing machine, washing line, pegs, iron and ironing board. We really have thought of everything, so you don't have too.
Kitchen / Dining
Our fully equipped kitchen has a four ring electric hob, oven, microwave, baby's microwavable steriliser, toaster, kettle and a large integrated fridge freezer. There's plenty of crockery, pots, pans and cutlery to serve up to six people.
Entertainment
If you choose to spend some time around the villa we have provided you with board games, novels, a bluetooth speaker & a variety of children’s toys.
NOTES:
Due to the layout of the property and the spiral staircase The Citrus House MAY be UNSUITABLE for persons in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the villa.
There is an allocated car parking space.
